A New Year is upon us…

The new year is coming up only in a matter of hours now…

I am reminded about all the things I have done this year…

This year has been great personally, at work, in school and at the church…

Thanks to everyone who has helped me out this year… I am very appreciative of those around me…

Why haven’t you been blogging as much?

Well to answer this question. I have just become more and more busy with work and school. I began this blog this summer while I out of school and in a more computer based job. So it was easy to blog.

While those are valid excuses. I want to blog. I want to blog a lot more often. So please bear with me as I try and begin blogging more often.

Google buys another company…

That’s right folks… Google is back on the buying company path… Google has just recently finished purchasing a company called Jaiku… Jaiku is a software firm that designs mobile communication platforms…

Here’s a part of the story:

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 9 (AP) — Google said Tuesday that it had bought the Finnish start-up Jaiku, which makes a mobile phone application people can use to send short messages about where they are and what they are doing.

It is Monday…

It is Monday… I already had a mid-term exam in Organizational Communication…. I found out an exam grade for Organizational Behavior (ouch)… So Monday is going okay…

I look forward to getting a lot done at work this afternoon…

And of course Heroes is on TONIGHT!!!

VCU + Washington Wizards

I was on the VCU website today and found out about this…

RICHMOND, Va. – For the fourth consecutive preseason, the Washington Wizards are holding their preseason training camp at the Alltel Pavilion at the Siegel Center on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University.

The camp, which began Monday, will conclude with an intra-squad scrimmage on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 5 p.m. at the Siegel Center. Admission is free and doors open at 4 p.m. The scrimmage will feature coach and player introductions, as well as four, six-minute quarters.

The Wizards, coached by Eddie Jordan, are coming off their third straight Eastern Conference playoff berth.
